Privacy
PromptCell processes only the Google identity fields and current-sheet values needed to provide the user-requested formula, account, support, and billing features described below.
PromptCell receives the verified Google email address, stable Google subject identifier, and hosted domain when available. The Google access token is used to verify the account and is not stored as a persistent PromptCell account token.
PromptCell processes prompt text and only the cell values, ranges, lookup values, or search values explicitly passed into a formula or sidebar request. It does not autonomously browse unrelated workbook content, hidden sheets, or Drive files.
PromptCell stores account, session, plan, usage-counter, Stripe identifier, security, and support records needed to run and protect the service. PromptCell does not store payment card numbers.
PromptCell does not request aggregated or anonymized data from Google APIs. It may derive service totals such as request counts, usage units, character counts, error counts, and performance statistics. Those totals do not include raw prompts or spreadsheet cell contents.
PromptCell use and transfer of information received from Google APIs, including Google Workspace APIs, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
PromptCell does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, lending, creditworthiness, data brokerage, or information-resale purposes.
PromptCell does not use raw, derived, aggregated, or anonymized Google Workspace user data to train or improve generalized AI or machine learning models.
PromptCell uses commercial API services and no-training data controls for Gemini and Claude. It does not opt Workspace data into provider feedback, development-partner, or training programs and does not transfer Workspace data to an AI provider permitted to use it for generalized model training.
Cached outputs expire after 15 minutes by default. Account, usage, billing, support, and security records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal, billing, security, and dispute obligations, then deleted or de-identified.
Users can revoke PromptCell access in their Google Account and can email the privacy contact to request account and data deletion. Revocation stops future Google access; an account deletion request removes or de-identifies service records except records that must be retained.
PromptCell uses HTTPS, server-side credential storage, hashed passwords and reset tokens, expiring sessions, access controls, rate limits, and provider keys that are not exposed in spreadsheets.
Human access is limited to user-authorized support, security or abuse investigation, legal compliance, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations permitted by Google policy.
